Well, kinda, but not to an extreme. He might have some bias, but he is still a rabbit, and rabbits are emotional. I can't imagine Pop-pop not noticing how sad Judy was when she returned from the city. So I bet even he would be happy to see her lighten up even if it's because of a fox's friendship... it's not like she is going to marry him! Haha! Right? That would be... another story
